Acceptance

By accessing NutriMeter or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service and any posted policies referenced here.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to form a contract and meet the minimum age requirements in your country. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Beta and TestFlight

NutriMeter may be offered through beta, TestFlight, or preview channels. Beta features can change, break, or be discontinued, and availability is not guaranteed.

License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use NutriMeter for your own nutrition tracking, subject to these Terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or interfere with NutriMeter.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or deceptive content.
• Do not use NutriMeter to provide medical, emergency, or regulated professional services.

Subscriptions and billing

NutriMeter may offer a Free plan and Beta Premium at £9.99. Paid subscriptions renew unless cancelled through the relevant app-store or billing provider. Taxes and store terms may apply.

General wellness — not medical advice

NutriMeter is a general-wellness and nutrition-awareness tool that provides informational estimates only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, cure, mitigate, prevent, or treat any disease. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical decisions, and for eating disorders, allergies, pregnancy, medication, or chronic conditions. If you may have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.

AI features and accuracy

Optional AI features generate automated nutrition estimates and general educational suggestions. They may be incomplete or inaccurate, are not a substitute for professional advice, and should be reviewed and adjusted before you rely on them. You are responsible for your own dietary and health choices.

No warranties

NutriMeter and all content, estimates, and AI output are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, for nutrition- or AI-estimate errors, or for decisions made in reliance on the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using NutriMeter at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk, or if operating the service is no longer commercially or legally practical.

Governing law, changes, contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless local consumer law requires otherwise. We may update the Terms by posting a new version. Contact us at [email protected].
